Patient information is vital so patients know what to expect, when to come back and feel empowered by knowing what is happening to them.  This is powerful medicine - for example don't forget to give minor head injury patients who have concussion a "concussion booklet" (in concussion submenu to the left) - evidence suggests that they get better and return to normal function quicker if you do....
