Under the banner of the EMET Program,  Simon Smith (FACEM), Jason Colston (Plaster Technician) and Dianne Price (Project Support Officer) went to Springs Medical Centre on Wednesday 21 June evening to run a plastering/fracture workshop for 9 GP’s from the Medical Centre.

The visit was brought about from one of the GP’s who, after attending the GP Emergency Skills Workshop which was run by Bendigo Health Emergency Department staff on Saturday 25 March, requested that we take our plastering session out to the Medical Centre. 

The session was well received and the comments at the end of the session were all overwhelmingly positive.  Sessions like these would not be possible without the EMET funding.
