Bendigo Health has developed a number of resources to assist and support employees experiencing family violence.

Bendigo Hospital Employee Assistance Program

This service is provided by Converge International (based in Melbourne but provide services in Bendigo).
There are multiple ways to access the EAP but the 2 primary ways are:
As an employee you are entitled to 3 free counselling sessions per calendar year. This can be either via video call or face to face depending on your preferences. The service is free and confidential. The service is also accessible by your family members
Converge also provide sessions unrelated to mental wellbeing that is also funded fully by Bendigo health.
