Bendigo Health covers an area a quarter of the size of Victoria, with our catchment covering most of central and North-West Victoria and the border regions of New South Wales.

In 2017 we moved into a brand-new state-of-the-art hospital close to the centre of town. We are a 724 bed service, treat 49,000 inpatients and the ED sees around 60,000 patients per year.

We have an extensive range of services including ICU, 24h cath lab, a range of medical and surgical specialties, O&G, paediatrics, orthopaedics and psychiatry. We are also a regional trauma centre.

The ED has four resus bays, 21 cubicles, an ambulatory care area and a 12-bed short stay.
